| At Sunstone Chiropractic we understand not everyone is familiar with what a Chiropractor does and how Chiropractic care can help. In addition, the Chiropractor might suggest acupuncture. So we offer a free ($0.00), "no strings attached" spinal health assessment, for us to assess your spinal health and answer any questions you may have about how a Chiropractor can help you. | |||

| Your Chiropractor will take their time to get to know you and your personal goals. They will perform a thorough history and assessment, discuss your unique care plan, and adjust you for the first time! We are ACC registered and can help create and manage your ACC claims. No GP referral is needed. | |||

| During these visits, your Chiropractor will assess you and then perform necessary adjustments, soft tissue therapies and may give you relevant stretches, exercises and/or lifestyle advice. If relevant we will also track how your injury recovery is progressing and provide the necessary treatment in accordance with your progress. | |||
Appointment Cancellations | |||
| CANCELLATION FEE: If you somehow manage to miss your appointment for any reason and forget to let us know. As long as this is not a pattern, we will charge you no cancellation fee if you rebook a new appointment within 7 days and show up to that appointment. We understand life is busy.
Cancellation Policy: When you book your appointment, you are holding space on our calendar that is no longer available to other patients. In order to be respectful to your fellow patients, please notify us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any acupuncture appointment. If you fail to provide at least 24 hours’ notice, any prepayments will be void (non-refundable) and it is at our discretion to charge a cancellation fee. For all other appointment types, it is at our discretion to charge a cancellation fee if you do not notify us 18 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, and any prepayments for these appointments may be void or forfeited if sufficient notice is not provided. Late cancellations/No-shows: A late cancellation is considered late 18 hours before the appointment time has started. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without canceling. In either case, it is at our discretion to charge a cancellation fee of $20. If you no show/short notice cancellation 3+ times in 3 months the fee is the full regular appointment price even if you are on ACC this is at our discretion. Payment AcceptedWe have an EFTPOS machine and accept all normal Eftpos, Visa, prepaid, and Credit cards. We also offer contactless paywave (without surcharge).
